At Elliston Vineyards an idyllic country locale offers visitors an old world experience in the Livermore Valley. Indeed, the old stone house that adorns their label once served as an antique shop, and is filled with exquisite antique furniture to this day.

The mansion was completed in 1890 by goldseeker, turned supplier to the goldseekers, Henry Hiram Ellis.

Visitors who arrive at Elliston Vineyards for the first time are always in awe of the massive stone building at the end of the road. The building features blue sandstone from nearby Niles Canyon, and the interior has been carefully restored to its original splendor.

Listed as a National Historic Landmark, the building now houses a tasting room, public areas, and a private residence on the third floor.
